At Hearth&Home, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

• Item must be unused, in its original condition and original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been used or damaged by the customer.
• Items without original packaging.
• Sale or discounted items (unless defective).

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

2. We will guide you through the return process.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days.
