1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or National Holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer a flat shipping rate across Pakistan to keep things simple for our customers.

• Delivery Time: Most orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days after processing.

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your city and any unforeseen logistics delays.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

For your ease, we primarily offer Cash on Delivery. You can pay the order amount to the rider at the time of receiving your parcel.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we can provide you with a tracking update upon request via our customer support. This allows you to stay updated on your parcel's journey.

5. Delivery Issues

If you do not receive your order within 7 business days, please reach out to us so we can coordinate with our courier partners (via Markaz) to resolve the issue.
